Totally wrong.
32bit addressing is the limitation, not the OS - Only true 64 Bit OS really gets around this limitation. The kernal isnt designed for more than this.

Vista just had to many initial problems to compete with XP - So lots of people got onto the XP bandwagon.. W7 however will change this I think.. XP will fade away just as all the others have in the past.

While I agree that its simple to fix once you know how, if FF wants to gain market share then it needs to be better than this. An error message or even a dialogue advising me to disable addons would be better than nothing at all.

Yeah, nice one..
When I was clicking the big fox literally nothing would happen.. No process in task manager.. nothin!
So I started FF in safe mode and disabled those two plug ins I mentioned above.. ALl good now.
There will be LOTS of newbies that wont be able to work that out thou... and 3.5.2 auto installed it self to my machine... so lots of people will be effected me thinks.

turns out it was either FireBug addin or Symantec AV plug in (from Norton AV 2010 beta)
I disabled both addins (by starting FF in safemode) and now it works.
