   The real reason for Deutsche Telecoms pullout is the c***-up made by the German network authority. The licenses should have been allocated at the beginning of the year,but for whatever reason the frequency Spectrum sales have been relocated to end of this year, allowing technologies like HSDPA to take the lead and become established.
