   You dullard,
   your country gives more aid ("in actual numbers") because it's bigger. the % of GDP is the best measure because it's relative to country wealth and population. The UK, France & Japan give $25,170 million dollars (6,171 million more than america) with 47,219,255 less people, so you don't really do very well - but then we can't balme you for that because your thick!

   I find it very interesting that the yanks are being so defensive over the Internet, but then again they are doing the same with Unocal on the same grounds - Xenophobia!!!!

   I think the guy means HTTP, HTML & the URL concept you stupid mary queen.....
   Tim Berners-Lee invented the World Wide Web, defining HTML (hypertext markup language), HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol) and URLs (Universal Resource Locators). He is currently the Director of the World Wide Web Consortium, the group that sets technical standards for the Web. Biographies on Berners-Lee and articles/books written by Berners-Lee.
