RC1 Build 5600 (Sep 15, 2006)
i'm not a big fan of Windows (sled 10 user) but i must admit, the rc-1 is not that bad.Sure they're trying to look like Apple's tiger o/s and also some Linux distros, but i got it to install and do video and audio beta drivers upgrades to work. so i give a 4 to the programmers. I won't switch from Linux and Apple, but it's fun playing with this o/s.

tipsyboy --- it's only crap to you, because YOU don't know how to install it.go to the web-site and READ how to do it. i would walk you thur it but you would most likely screw it up. http://www.pcbsd.org/ oh btw ,Fedora is a nice o/s but redhat(paid version) is the way to go..

Skyfrog,I use 03 at work (network admin) and like I said before,on my laptop.Yes you do have to have some know-how to get it to work like a regular O/S.But never had a app freeze on me in 03. And that's saying something. But hey, I'm a Unix & linux guy.I won't be trying the new Vista when it comes out.
