  2. Review - Ubuntu

    9.04 (Jaunty Jackalope) Beta (Mar 27, 2009)

Fantastic OS I've been using it for years on multiple computers. But this recent pull of "display-config" is asinine. And the issue still is not rectified. If the hardware detection doesn't properly detect your LCD or it detects it as a CRT , Your screwed. You'll be running at 800x600.

Detects flawlessly on all my other computers but the one I need it the most on doesn't.

William Grant needs to bring display-config back , bottom line.

btw , PCLOS , SUSE all detect it without issue.

    2.0.0.19 (Dec 30, 2008)

Fantastic application but it looks like extensive abilities of webmail now are taking it's toll on what used to be a necessity , the traditional email client.

Using gmail anywhere anytime with calendars and multiple pop3 accounts flooding into it with a strong as an ox spam filtering , the future of email.

  5. Review - IZArc

    3.81 Build 1550 (Nov 10, 2008)

The best , I've been using it on my computers , tech computers and customer computers for about 4 years , 5300 service orders with this application installed without issue , handles everything and has a slick interface , can't ask for much more.

    3.81 Build 1550 (Jan 2, 2009 - 1:31 AM)

I don't understand people paying 100$ (one phone) 150$ (two phones) a month for the service plans , I understand the companies charging that much. They will after all charge what ever we let them but ~People~ paying that much baffles me is it really worth it? I understand the tech 100% but while researching buying I was floored by the monthly fees , It's not that I can't afford it but whether it's worth that damn much , serious question , I would like to hear other tech savvy peoples opinions on whether it's REALLY worth it?

    Thanks , 6.
