If u are a newbee its ok, keeps most bad stuff out. For the more experianced of us , its not so good. Config options are very limited - can be remotley shut down and so on, gets a 3 star scroee because :
1. Its Free!
2. Its better than nothing
3. There is hope it will be improved.

No matter if its right or wrong.. the creeps at the EU reeping in the dollars.. dam sad really.. I agree M$ is a tad of a bully, but this reeks of "the vested interest". Who gets all the money??? THE EU!

AMD is the market leader, no doubt about it. They produce a quality product, Fast does what it says on the envelope .. Intel with there monopoly tactics should prehaps sit back in the chairs and admire the model successfully forwarded by AMD and learn a lesson or 2.
