I currently use Kaspersky but it doesn't play nice with other security programs like outpost, Spyware doctor or Spybot. Bit defenders gets good reviews in independent testing and leak tests and I find no driver conflicts with this program as opposed to Paspersky or Outpost. As far as Nod32 is concern, it is a good free program but when compared to the ones you have to buy it doesn't fare as well.

The prior art part of the patent process was amended in 2004. They may or may not have a case. The amended law has tended to limit the use of prior art as a claim against another company.
Finally, it's interesting that they filed in Ohio where they may feel that they can get a more favorable verdict than in Ca.

The only problem with this approaxh is that Apple was heavily advertising their IMac for a sales push and now those folks have to shell out more money to upgrade. Also, Leopard was suppose to come out months ago but kept being delayed as Apple milked the market with their high price phone and sily new Ipod and then set people up to but the Imac and the have to pay more.

First of all, we're not human beings. We're just electrons floating around along wires. 2nd, I do hope that with the final release of IE7 that the compatibility issue with office 2007 beta is resolved. Specifically Oulook fails to find the folders when using the current beta version of both at the same time. MS's response was to use one or the other but not both. I know these are betas but it would be nice if the department that is handling the office beta would at least work a little bit with the team handling the IE7. I, personally, find it strange that a company putting out two betas can't get them to work together so my attitude towards MS has gone down a little.
