Despite what the google sheep claim, it's finely polished spyware.

This is excellent. Very convenient AND portable. Just unpack the zip, run OperaTor and you're off. None of the messy configuration that can accompany setting up Tor. It's a keeper.

Everything else is a toy compared to Where-Is-It. Its feature-set puts it way beyond simply cataloging your cds and dvds. I would be lost without it.

I've been using this for a while and it's exceptional. Great features and solid. This newest 2.x version is better still. Definitely worth a look.

Make some flavor of Linux a *user friendly* and quality alternative and I'll switch.
BTW internetworld7 - "Get a Mac and be free" is about as laughable a comment anyone can make. Are you being serious?

Does Firefox offer Bing by default or even at all? STFU Mozilla.

Unscrupulous... So PC makers, once their arms weren't twisted anymore, would have offered what? Linux? OS X? Please.

I find myself happily using Bing 90% of the time now. It returns very useful results. A bit less junk than google these days.
