  1. Review - AIMP

    2.60 Build 530 (Jan 6, 2010)

Actually, that website is very good and anti-virus vendors use it to collect samples. 'some guy', I don't know from where you downloaded your version of AIMP, but you should really check your sources. The DLL file from official site after the scan looks like this, notice the different file size and MD5, SHA-1 signatures.

  3. Review - Notepad++

    5.6.1 (Dec 8, 2009)

Great app. Here are the changes for 5.6.1:

'In this version brace matched broken issue is fixed. A lot of encodings are added as well.

I take the chance to thank Thell Fowler and Vitaliy Dovgan. The "Mark Jumper" feature idea come from Thell. Without him this feature won't be in v5.6.x. Vitaliy has fixed the searching case insensitive for non ascii characters. Thanks to Chris, the NppHelp is updated.

Here are Notepad++ v5.6.1 new features and fixed bugs (from v5.6) :

    1. Fix brace highlighting breaking issue and related performance problem.
    2. Add new encodings in the shortcuts map.
    3. Remove annoying encoding issue warning dialogs.
    4. Enhance Html encoding auto-detection.
    5. Fix case-insensitive searching bug for non-ascii characters (for example some characters in French and Cyrillic letters).
    6. Add find result commands in the menu.
    7. Add DOS CodePage : CP437, CP737, CP850, CP852, CP855, CP857, CP858, CP860, CP861, CP863, CP865, CP866 and CP869.
    8. Fix localization combo box unselected in preference dialog bug after startup (when a localization file is in use).

  4. Review - Google Chrome for Windows

    4.0.249.11 Beta (Nov 26, 2009)

Yes, I'm concerned about privacy with this browser as well.

  5. Review - Opera for Windows

    10.10 (Nov 26, 2009)

Omg, even Firefox is faster that this build of Opera. And there are some glitches with Acid 2 and Acid 3 tests with this build.
    Thanks, but no thanks.

  6. Comment - Mozilla designer suggests Windows 'browser ballot' is preferential to Apple

    10.10 (Oct 17, 2009 - 3:55 AM)

I thought this whole thing was to give people a choice, but now I see it's all about of making one for them.
No one but EU Commission and browser developers care about this ballot. It will only make final price of the operating system even more expansive because of the resources wasted for this BS.
It is just ridicules, developers crying out loud like little kids: ' Me, me, I wanna be first.' ROTFL.
Just do dynamic page and put stuff in random order. And last but not least LEAVE THE CHOICE TO THE PEOPLE.
If your browser market share isn't as big as you would like to be, then don't blame others for your failure. You know it is possible that people just don't like your browser, and not because they are not aware of an alternative. Suck it up. Get over it.
