    There was a story going round a while ago that Opera 9.5 was going to be accessible to those using assistive technology. It seems it was an ugly rumour.

    As ever, I started this version of Opera, and my screen reader was struck completely dumb. So the message is clear as ever - blind people keep out, dyslexics keep out, those with dexterity problems, don't bother us. There are only a few tens of millions of us in the world, so who cares? Thankfully it's easy to vote with your uninstall button, with good browsers such as Firefox being readily available.
