   well, it does seem like when the economy is down, it's the best time to cash in on intellectual property infringements. But don't all laptops support multi-touch? Yo Elan, you should look to see if all the other laptop manufacturers are paying you up for your supposed claim, man that is a lot of manufacturers you can file suit...Just think how fat your pockets will be.

   Its an improved N96! Cut the price to $199-$299 + 2yr plan, then they might see a lot of interest.
   
   Based off the picture, they should scale down on their use of graphics in their user interface. My "fat fingers" will have a problem with crowded desktop on such a small screen. Just my opinion.
