    GOOD JOB!

  3. Review - DirectX Redistributable

Accelerating every thing with decent graphic cards, fix for the performance of the video playback.. nice job!! But I am expecting for better visual quality support in the future..

  4. Review - K-Lite Mega Codec Pack

    4.1.4 (Aug 8, 2008)

This 4.14 version got a bug (slightly jerking picture display) on my ATI RADEON 2600XT card, when viewing the AVI MOVIES. The latest Catalyst 8.7 driver was installed during the testing of this version of K-LITE CODEC..

    My system config:
    1Gb DDR2 800 memory,
    Gigabyte ATI Radeon 2600XT 256Mb GDDR3,
    Vista SP1.
500Gb Western Digital Hard Disk SATA x 2 (RAID)
    Catalyst 8.7 was installed.

I still prefer the version 4.00 of K-LITE Mega Codec with stunning display quality.. I am not sure whether it is deal to the graphic driver issues, or the CODEC issues. previous i was using the CATALYST 8.6 driver together with version 4.00 of K-LITE Mega Codec installed.

(hope the K-LITE developer will take note for my little issues). Perhaps, The K-Lite Codec developers take into the following considerations when developing the codecs,

the so called the "COMBINED OPTIMIZATIONS"

    1. AMD processor and latest ATI Graphic Optimizations.
    2. AMD processor and latest NVIDIA Graphic Optimizations.
    3. Intel Processor and latest ATI Graphic Optimizations.
    4. Intel Processor and latest NVIDIA Graphic Optimizations.
    5. LCD digital display optimization.
    6. Digital display (DVI) optimization.
    7. Hi Definition Video optimization.
    8. Common optimization. (only for older graphic card)
    etc..

    Thanks!!
    K-Lite for the BEST!

  5. Review - K-Lite Mega Codec Pack

    4.0.0 (Jul 9, 2008)

Promise to deliver better picture quality when U viewing the AVI movies..

(tested on a decent ATI graphic card and Samsung LCD monitor)
Keep on improving K-LITE CODECs.. but there are still a lot of space for improvement, keep it up!!)

  6. Comment - Nokia Debuts New Middle, High End Phones

    4.0.0 (Jun 2, 2007 - 1:08 AM)

My prediction is that Windows Mobile Photon year 2008 will rolled out next year to replace NOKIA! 2007 still the year of NOKIA.

  7. Comment - Harris: Two-Thirds Will Say No to Vista

    4.0.0 (Apr 6, 2007 - 10:09 AM)

The technology dont stop at 1 phase, as for the older Windows XP users that have a lower than 1024Mb of system memory, i highly recommend them for not to upgrade to Windows VISTA immediately. For running for the Windows VISTA 32bits, i recommend a minimum memory of 1024Mb and above and for Windows VISTA x64, I recommend for 1.5Gb of System memory or above.

For the existing Windows XP users (working at OFFICE) i recommend them to stay with current Windows XP. (because they are not play game, and direct X 10 is not required). If they insist on want to upgrade probably they Should wait for the VISTA SERVICE PACKAGE 1 for wider software and driver compatibility.

For users of installation new system, of course I recommend WINDOWS VISTA. Because the technology is keep on run ahead and never look back. For gamers, i would recommend the Windows VISTA x86, and for home and new office users with new printer and hardware peripherals, i would recommend them to upgrade to Windows VISTA x64, because for a SOLID SECURITY. (but remember U need to have at least a direct X 9 graphic card, 1.5Gb of Memory, and x64 dual core processor is recommend for maximum productivity under the 64 vista environment.

  8. Comment - AMD Hires Away Key Intel Developer

    4.0.0 (Mar 30, 2006 - 6:04 AM)

good attempt! i still remember the AMD business boosted few years ago when AMD buy NextGen. And AMD employed the experties from Digital Alpha which concerntrate on Alpha EV6 architecture, which laid down the artitecture for AMD hyper-transport architecture! I have been using AMD for couple of year! I never say "YES" to INTEL INSIDE! Good Job, AMD!
