   I've heard about foobar being minimalistic audio player. It is and please take it as it is. Add skinning, internet radios, video and some other features and people start looking for some other minimalistic audio player :).

   Why you say Buzzword is AIR based? It is rather Flex - Buzzword happily existed before AIR and you wouldn't have to run in the browser window when it would be AIR based. Same goes for right click problem. Flash and Flex are Web technologies whe AIR is Desktop one based on those (in very short mind shortcut).
