  1. Review - FlashGet

    1.8.8 (Jun 17, 2007)

haven't used dl managers for a while got 100mbit so there's no need really. it is however easy to make downloadlists and get it all. works fine for me.

use it for bittorrents as well with no problem either. i'm guessing ppl here might have probs with firewalls and/or routers.

will advice you not to install google search which is included. so this should probably be flagged adware.

  2. Review - AnyDVD HD

    6.1.0.6 (Jan 13, 2007)

    re: DudeBoyz comments.

none of the programs he mentions offers on-the- fly-protection-removal, anydvd has that feature. that means you can have a copy protected dvd in one drive and copy it to another media without any hassle.

if you use DudeBoyz way you need to make a backup to hdd first then make a copy to media. which takes ages. :=

  3. Review - 7-Zip (32-bit)

    4.44 Alpha 1 (Dec 27, 2006)

well i used to like this as beeing free and all. but i noticed it doesn't handle all RAR-archives, at first i thought it was CRC-errors but they worked fine with WinRAR. a no go unless they fix this.

    Re: fluke75

"Even resource hogs like KAV, McAfee and Norton are much better."

  7. Comment - Sony to Help Remove its DRM Rootkit

    7.5.432a861 (Nov 3, 2005 - 7:59 AM)

well nice try, won't affect me at all since i only listen to old (paid for) cd's and new music in mp3 format which suits most of of us.

why spend oil and other crap pressing 11 tracks onto a cd that holds more. the case get, or is already scratched enough from the record store. i won't pay for that.

if i pay for something i use it as i please.

  9. Comment - Web Browsing, Video Coming to PSP

    7.5.432a861 (Jul 21, 2005 - 2:05 PM)

"So far, the PSP has sold 5.1 million units, with 2.7 million of them in the U.S."

->sounds strange, so the means asian psp sold 2.4 million and still all grey import here in europe comes from asia.

    "SoNet"

->there is a swedish company by that name so they might get into a little battle there. *let me enjoy that from here*

i don't care who wins the battle.
