    re @CyberDoc999 if sites are telling you to update to flash.. it is the sites that are using a version number that is checking for flash that is wrong. Happens way to often that people don't do a > instead of a = :-)

    "requires new 2-year AT&T rate plan, sold separately."

    so I can say that here in Australia I can have an N95 for free.... cause I can just requires a 2 year contract with vodafone... are people saying that this phone is free. No they are not, because it is not.

    hmm.. 3mg better camera that the Iphone, external memory, changeable battery, divx. Now this sounds like a phone that I would be interested in.

    Japanese electronics giant Toshiba has admitted it has lost the battle to shape the next generation of DVD technology.

    The company says it is abandoning its high-definition format, HD DVD, handing control of the market over to the rival Sony model, Blu-Ray.

    The announcement ends years of fierce competition between the two companies.

    Sony was able to gain the upper hand in the DVD battle by winning the support of Hollywood studios and major retailers.

    so it doesn't have a touch screen... I find a single click thumb interface easier to use on my phone so i can text and drink coffee at the same time....

    apart from that... I am only glad that it is q3 given that i only just got my n95 8gb :-)... cause this is an impressive phone.
