    yes Palm needs to make a couple versions of this Pre phone
    as much as they want to tout the new OS Web system, they should still offer Windows 6.5 or 7 with this style phone.
    i rather see a touch smaller screen with a touch larger keyboard.
    i have the new Palm Pro WM 6.1 and overall its a great phone.
    Lets hope the Pre v.2 moves fast to give more of what consumers want. a phone with it ALL!
