2. Comment - Windows XP Build 2446 Released to Testers

   I applied for beta-testing of Whistler some time ago, but they (Microsoft) did not respond to me. So now, I have to find XP even if it's a piracy. I don't like it too...
   
   I've heard that XP is key-protected but I need XP anyway so as to be sure that I've tried this possibility.

   If anybody knows where I could download XP build 2446 and all future releases of XP, I would be grateful for a link (FTP/HTTP). I'd like to test XP on my own, because I'm writing my master thesis concerning developement of Windows technologies.

4. Comment - Win2k Service Pack 2 Beta 1 Ships

   I have Samsung SV2044D disk and I can't use UDMA under Windows 2000 (I use PIO mode). Has anybody had such problems. I have Soyo 5EAS mainboard with VIA chipset. Do I have to install bus master or something ???
