Outside of the fact that I'm currently a student taking Japanese (it just so happens that, because I transferred, I missed a year of Japanese and have to now take it over the summer), this program is simply fantastic. One of the most effective ways of learning - flash cards - were made better electronically. The program infuses the user with the native style as much as possible, and it incorporates a "clean" style. It has its primary buttons out in the open, and it does not throw random extra buttons into the layout (in other words, effectively minimalistic). As far as the price goes for this particular program, you'd have to have a serious reason to buy the program (or desire to keep a constant connection with Japanese).

Exquisite anti-virus program. Although the leader the past several years, antivir is, based on results at...(crud, when I find the comparison site, I'll repost), catching up. However, my reason for posting is to point out the screenshot. Haha, anyone else notice the miscomplacent title at the upper left of the screenshot?

I beat that game several months ago. What's with all the hype? The only memorable part was that it had Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Alba making out. I blew a few circuits below the utility belt from that scene, but otherwise, it was kind of boring.

Everything would be solved if Rockstar just put GTA:IV on the Wii. Ditching $ony and Micro$oft, GTA could truly utilize the Wiimote. You can't get much closer than punching a thug or slapping a..well, you can't get much closer to being an outlaw than with the Wiimote (other than VR). Nintendo developed the Wii with adult-oriented games in mind. Think of a hotcoffee mod on the Wii [and with the Wiimote]. Now you get the idea :P
In all seriousness though, I'm glad Take-Two is taking time to perfect the game:
"They will remember a bad game, even if the game was released on time. They will forget a late release if the game was good."
-Shigeru Miyamoto (I think I butchered his quote, but it's along those lines)

I won't stay away from this. Based on the wording of the article, the parents sued Microsoft for an inflammible xbox (or at least an xbox that caught fire). Microsoft accumulated legal fees just going to court, while at the same time Microsoft wants the case to be dismissed. Furthermore, Microsoft wants their legal costs to be directed at the family.
Now, while the parents likely shouldn't have sued Microsoft in the first place [based on the data in the article], another agreement should be met in which the family drops the charges and Microsoft pays off their fees. Will that happen? -Are people not greedy?

"...spokespersons for the European Commission confirmed that Intel was served..."
There you have it. Intel was served :P
