    Imagine if Firefox didn't have memory leaks and loaded as fast as Opera. (Don't knock it till you try it folks, its remarkable how fast Opera loads) Only then would FF be the ultimate browser. For now, its the best we got.

    There are really only 3 possible apps you would want to use as mp3 players: foobar, winamp, and windows media player. Lets not waste time mentioning any others. I should also add that Ive been using winamp since it was pretty much the only app in town.

    - foobar is too basic for me. If you want basic, thats fine. But knocking winamp for being feature rich just doesnt make sense.
    - wmp is too laggy for me with a large music collection.

    Those who knock winamp for being a resource hog, or crappy video playback. Well, I didnt realize you were still using a 486. Secondly, it keeps track of a great deal of information in its media library. And finally, being able to play videos is just an addition to its core functionality of being a music player.
