   Works as suggested but tends to re-direct to those "all in one" driver update tools, which do "kill" working Windows set up, in my opinion. Would be a useful tool otherwise!

   As anyone also notice that you can not use the Google web site in other browsers when Chrome is running.
   
   It would be a good browser if it would install correctly in Program Files, under Windows.

   I hope this new version has better integration into Windows XP Security Center. I had a huge problem with version 2 where to only solution was to "zap" the WMI repository folder. Caused wide scale problems with anit-virus and Windows Update. I ended up removing it

   Review - Comodo Firewall Pro

   2.4.18.184 (Feb 15, 2007)

   Used this firewall for a while. Has a lot of features but "breaks" Windows Security Center. Their own recommended solution is to erase the Repository folder of WMI. This then breaks most anti-virus settings and Windows auto-update configuration. Reomved it and reverted back to ZA. Until they create a better "fix" for the firewall setting in Windows Security Center, I will rate it low.

   Usenet seems to be required forever. Just because some people go elsewhere does not mean everyone is not use Usenet. More and more ISPs have stopped their Usenet servers. A lot os independent Usenet service providers also appear to dropping their offering.

   With only three carriers (Telus, Bell and Rogers/Fido,) Canadians are over-charged no matter what!! But hopefully, this will change when new "companies" arrive, within the next few years.

8. Comment - FCC: It should only take a day to change your phone number

   It usually does not take too long to "port" your telephone number from one carrier to another. Mine was done within 30 minutes.
   
   What they need to control is the extra fee "tacked" on, the crazy cancellation charges and the incredibly inflated interest rate "penalties" charged!!!!!

9. Comment - IE8 automatic update option likely to begin next week

   IE 8 on Windows Vista Sp1 can cause some web pages to crash a tab and reload twice. Sometimes, after the second attempt, IE 8 will show the "diagnose" tab. IE 8 is still BETA software!!!!!!!

    Chrome does not appear to install itself onto the Program File folder but under your personal settings folders.
