Mozilla Firefox 3.0 to be released June 17

Late Wednesday evening, a Mozilla spokesperson confirmed to BetaNews that the day the final edition of Firefox 3.0 would be made available to the general public, will be this upcoming Tuesday, June 17.
The Mozilla spokesperson also formally acknowledged today's issuance of Release Candidate 3 of the next Firefox browser. Its only change over RC2 was for Mac users, in order to address a bug experienced by users upgrading their operating systems.
