   Hey my car just turned 100K also..
   
   are they really apps. IE: photo of Baby, Shake it, eye's turn to X. shake again... over and over .. that is a cheap flash thing.
   
   At least people are not telling me they are working on a iPhone app and should be very rich soon.....

   This is to be expected. We should see about 10+ more cases like this. wallstreet is about making these guys money and taking the "investers" money.. NO ONE CARES while everyone is making money.. Then when people loss money people care again..

   Nice.. "centrally store account credentials on the device".. Does it have a firewall and Anti-virus?? Everyone loves these handheld devices that hold the keys without passwords to access them...

   Really?? Why do we even have patents and copyrights??
   Get rid of them ALL!!! and watch the flood of iPhone clones come from China. Ya.. The same children that make the current iPhone in the day can make the same unit at night for less cost and put the same software with the same hardware..
   
   Lets not forget Apple is the first company to call in the Lawyers..
